Mango Lassi /Aam Doi er Sarbat

Mango lassi is a extended Bengali version of normal lassi. We Bengali like mango flavors in lassi and which makes this drink more tastier than the normal one. This is a very tasty and healthy drink itself. Since it is a full of curd, so it is quiet heavy and keep your stomach full for quiet long.



Ingredients (4 people):

  1. Curd (500 gms)
  2. Mango Pulp (One)
  3. Sugar (6 table spoon more or less)
  4. Ice
  5. Cashew
  6. Almond
  7. Khoya Kheer (Optional)






Process:

First take curd and mix it well in a mixer jar. Once it is mixed well add sugar and mix it again. once sugar is absorbed into curd then add mango pulps and Ice cubes in it. Mix it well.

Pour into glass and garnish with cashew, almond, khoya.

This is a very tasty and healthy drink itself. Since it is a full of curd so it is quiet heavy and keep your stomach full for quiet long.
